Oddity
I let him know, this morning:
- Today, your mother descends
with you into childhood.
We'll run on the paths
lit by the flowers,
we'll listen to the violins of the trees,
we'll bathe our look
in the crystal spring,
then we'll play hide and seek
through the trees
and we'll listen to the forest fairytale.
He answered me:
- Mom, you are so childish,
come on, I know you are afraid in the forest,
the other day you were scared stiff,
when a branch fell behind you.
You took me in your arms and
held me tight.
You are afraid, Mom, in the forest
when you are alone with me.
Maybe, if you could imagine
that one day
I was big
and strong,
the sound of my bugle
could make your fear
go away.
